FEDERAL ROSEWOOD INLAID TEA CADDY. Canted corner hinged rectangular box having two section interior with lids. The hinged top having oval conch shell panel, ebony and boxwood striped corners and kingwood banded top. Ivory escutcheon, complete with key. The front having a similar conch shell oval panel with the interior of lid with round shell panel. Circa 1800. SIZE: 5″ h x 7-1/4″ w x 4″ d.
