Identically housed in black frames with burgundy mattes. 1) A land document for George Shindler for land in the Territory of Michigan, Register of the Land Office at Detroit. Signed James Madison, July 3rd, 1812. 2) A land document Bernhart Henn in Burlington, Iowa Territory. Signed John Tyler, December 1st, 1841. SIZE: Sight: 1) 9-1/2″ x 14-3/4″. 2) 9-1/2″ x 15″. PROVENANCE: From a coastal New Jersey home. CONDITION: Not examined out of frame. 1) Folds, losses, good. 2) Very good with folds. 9-24254 (800-1,200)
