LOT OF 5 UNION CIVIL WAR CAP BOXES. Five cap boxes. 1) Included in group is cap box made by “H.G. HAEDRICH, PHILADELPHIA”. This cap box is also inspected, complete with lamb’s wool and vent pick. This box is in fine condition with some crazing. Box is very sound and probably unused. 2) Complete with lamb’s wool and vent pick. Indiscernible maker’s mark. Very good condition, sound and solid, covered with protectorate. 3) Box made by C.S. STORMS, complete with lamb’s wool. Good, solid condition, however lots of crazing. Covered with protectorate. 4) Indiscernible maker’s mark. Solid box with lots of crazing. Complete with lamb’s wool. 5) Box made by “E. METZGER, PHILADELPHIA” with inspector’s mark. Remnants of lamb’s wool. One belt tab torn. Crazed overall. 4-56189-3 JS80 (500-1,000)
