TIFFANY STUDIOS DRAGONFLY TABLE LAMP. Beautiful dragonfly shade has six dragonflies with heads facing downwards. A bronze filigree is overlaid on spectacular deep purple, blue, and amethyst glass representing the wings. The background design is made of caramel glass with butterscotch striations; with panels being of leaf-shaped forms. Further enhancing the shade are rum colored jewels. Shade is finished at the top with a complimentary band of purple striated glass. The shade, which carries a desirable green-brown patina finish, rests atop a matching patinated base of simple Art Nouveau styling with two sockets and a mushroom top cap. Shade is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1585”. Base is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 436”. SIZE: Shade 14″ dia. Lamp 18″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with few, if any, hairlines. Base is very good to excellent with a replaced riser and wheel. 5-60729 (25,000-35,000)
