DIMINUTIVE NEW ENGLAND INLAID MAHOGANY DEMILUNE CARD TABLE. Circa 1800. Probably coastal Massachusetts or Rhode Island. The demilune hinged top with string inlaid edges above the conforming frieze with rectangular figured panels with string inlaid outlines. The square tapered legs headed by bookend inlaid panels and pendant bellflowers. SIZE: 28-1/4″ h. x 34-3/4″ w. x 16-3/4″ d. CONDITION: Very fine original condition.
