AMERICAN ROSEWOOD LONG DROP ADVERTISING REGULATOR CLOCK. Late 19th century. “RHOADS JEWELER LANCASTER PENNSYLVANIA” The painted tin dial with Roman numeral chapter ring and subsidiary seconds dial and with time aperture with 30-day brass movement. Marked beneath ring “MANUFACTURED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. The whole beneath a circular glass door with brass bezel, and within an octagonal rosewood frame. The drop fitted with a molded door with eglomise advertising panel. SIZE: 32-1/2″ h x 17″ w x 4″ d. CONDITION: Original surfaces of case cleaned and polished. Very good overall. 9-22382 (900-1,200)
