AMERICAN PAINT-DECORATED 2-SIDED GAMEBOARD. Mid-19th century, probably Pennsylvania. Background grain-painted, one side decorated with a checkerboard within a line border, the reverse decorated with a backgammon game. SIZE: 16″ x 15-1/2″. CONDITION: Very good, with original painted and grained surfaces. Applied edge molding now long absent. Normal and expected wear to painted surfaces. 9-99359 (500-700)
