NEW ENGLAND FEDERAL INLAID MAHOGANY CARD TABLE. Circa 1810, probably coastal Massachusetts. The rectangular hinged top with ovolo corners, the edges finely inlaid with polychrome, satinwood and ebony squares and lines centering a row of tulip inlays. The conforming frieze of flame mahogany raised on square tapering legs, each headed by rosewood rectangular panels, the cuffs with dart inlays, terminating in delicate tapered feet.
