CALENDAR COACH WATCH. Late 19th, early 20th century, French. Oversized example having Roman numeral chapter ring centering four subsidiary dials including a moon phase dial with 0-60, days calendar dial with numbers 1-31, second calendar dial with days of week in French, third calendar dial with months of the year in French. All set within gold wash dial, centermost part floral engraved. Brass movement set in steel case. SIZE: Face: 2-5/8″ dia. Overall: 3-1/8″ dia. 3/4″ d of case. CONDITION: Clock face with corrosion. Back of case showing abrasions and scratching from improper opening and closing of case. Movement appears clean and in order. Overall good. 9-23638 (800-1,200)
