FINE NEW LONDON COUNTY TWO-DRAWER CHERRY STAND IN THE MANNER OF DUNCAN PHYFE. First third 19th century. The rectangular top above the conforming case fitted with a bank of two drawers joined to the ball and ring turned shaft raised on four scrolling reeded legs with turned under feet. The base of the shaft with notched decoration. SIZE: 27-3/4″ h x 19-3/4″ w x 16″ d. CONDITION: Structurally very good with older polished surfaces, very good color and patina. The stand retains original glass knobs. 9-99978 (800-1,200)
