TIFFANY STUDIOS COUNTERBALANCE FLOOR LAMP. Nice Tiffany Studios counterbalance floor lamp base is finished in gold dore. Lamp is finished with a gold iridescent bell shaped shade with vertically ribbed body. The shade is not Tiffany, but carries a spurious “LCT” signature. The shade is most likely Steuben. Base is signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 676”. SIZE: Shade is 8″ dia. Lamp is 52″ t. PROVENANCE: From a private Virginia collection. CONDITION: Gold dore finish shows some minor wear and discoloration and light corrosion at the foot. Socket assembly and shade holder are replacements. 5-60339 (2,000-3,000)
