Players of the game get one of 23 handpainted cards which contain random numbers and blank spaces. Contains a handwritten early letter with “New Rules for the game of Lotto”. SIZE: 3″ h x 10 1/2″ square (box). CONDITION: There are 8 missing numbers, otherwise good. 9-92254 (300-400)
