SEVEN PIECE LIONEL TRAIN SET.

SEVEN PIECE LIONEL TRAIN SET. Lionel Standard gauge train set with number 390E engine and tender plus four freight cars. Caboose number 517, gondola number 512, box car number 514, and cattle car number 513. CONDITION: Engine frame has been retouched, pilot restored, boiler looks original and in very nice condition. Has rare black replacement wheels of the period. Tender appears to be original, some pitting in the paint and some light touch-up on casting around coal pile, replacement coupler. Coloring is missing from one truck frame. Box car has orange roof with yellow sides, would clean up nice, with minor chips and some aggravation and one spot of rust on one end. Gondola car has paint flaking on one end and interior, sides good with some chips and scratches. Cattle car has orange roof and olive green side, numerous scratches on roof and sides show minor pitting and some spots of light rust, would clean up very nice. Caboose has dark red roof, minor aggravation and spotting, sides are very good plus, would clean up nicely. 1-7943 (600-1,200)
