FABERGE RUSSIAN TEA SET. This rare and outstanding four piece sterling Russian tea service is in the French manner by Faberge. The set consists of a 10″ teapot, 8″ teapot, 7″ covered sugar and a 3-3/4″ creamer. There are six touch marks to the underside which includes “84”, a man riding a horse, “875”, Faberge in Cyrillic and dated “1896”. The covers have melon carved wood finials and have a central decorative band and ribbed base. All four pieces match beautifully. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-65866 (40,000-60,000)
