FOUR CONTINENTAL SILVER TABLE CANDLESTICKS. Early 19th Century. 1 & 2) Pair with octagonal faceted stem with conforming urn formed sconce, the square base chased with a band of acanthus leaves and flower heads raised on four ball and claw feet. Bases hallmarked on edge with identifiable hallmarks. 3) Similar candlestick with different decoration involving flowers with a more pronounced scalloped base. Hallmarks on edge. 4) Also similar but with a line of flower and leaves. Weight: 59 tr. oz. SIZE: 10-1/4″ h. PROVENANCE: The Woolworth Collection (F.W. Woolworth Dept. Store).
