TIFFANY STUDIOS DOGWOOD BAND TABLE LAMP.

This beautiful shade was a wedding gift 60 yrs ago to the consignor from her mother-in-law. It has just been noted a difference in finish on the lead work on a couple of spots on the lamp. It may be a natural oxidation that caused this or the original lead work might have been re-enhanced many years ago. The glass is original so there is no replacement. Looks beautiful.

TIFFANY STUDIOS DOGWOOD BAND TABLE LAMP. Tiffany Studios table lamp has leaded glass shade with a band of dogwood flowers surrounding the side of the shade. The flowers are done in beautifully mottled whites and yellows with green and yellow striated leaves set against a geometric background of mottled creamy yellow glass turning slightly orange when lit. Shade rests on a large stick base with four-socket cluster and rich brown patina with green highlights. Complete with original Tiffany cap. Shade is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1491”. Base is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 532”. SIZE: Shade is 20-1/4″ dia. Lamp is 28″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-67844 (20,000-30,000)
