BRONZE LANTANKA. Second half 18th century, Portugal or Pacific Rim. This nice example of a swivel rail cannon retaining its original mounting bracket now mounted on a later stepped base. The cannon with cast geometric decorations, the top cast with dolphins,also with single vent and crenelated and faceted muzzle. SIZE: 39-1/2″ l.
