MOVADO ART DECO LADY’S PURSE WATCH. Second quarter 20th century, Swiss. This self winding example with rectangular brushed silvered case opening and closing to reveal a rectangular pearlized dial marked “MOVADO/SWITZERLAND” with a date aperture at 3 o’clock. The back of the case with serial number 1861. SIZE: Closed: 1-1/2″l x 1″w. Open: 2-1/2″l. CONDITION: Appears to be in very good condition overall. We cannot confirm that watch is in running order. Self-winding mechanism appears operational. We believe watch was originally covered in leather. 9-24813 (1,000-1,500)
