FRENCH CRYSTAL REGULATOR CLOCK. Early 20th century, France. The brass back plate stamped “Couaillet Frerers”. Of typical form with dual mercury jars in pendulum. The enamel dial with Roman numeral chapter ring set within floral swags. The dial with remnants of “TIFFANY & CO”, which has been nearly removed by excess cleaning. SIZE: 10-1/2″ h. x 7″ w x 5-1/4″. CONDITION: Dial with hairline cracks at twelve and six. Also with shallow losses at two. Pendulum jars intact. Movement appears clean and operable. Otherwise good. 9-27720 (400-600)
