FINE FRENCH BRASS CARRIAGE CLOCK WITH REPEATER. Late 19th century, France. The classical revival cast brass case with carrying handle and beveled glass panels decorated with cast leaf tips. The case corners with cast Corinthian columns. The enameled dial with Roman numeral chapter ring within an Arabic seconds ring above an Arabic numeral subsidiary dial. The movement a quarter hour repeater with alarm. Clock comes with its original leather travel case. SIZE: 7-1/4″ h overall x 3-3/4″ w x 3-1/2″ d.
