TIFFANY STUDIOS GRAPEVINE JARDINIERE. Handsome jardiniere in the grapevine pattern has a green slag glass backing behind the bronze open work of vines and grapes. The glass is striated with blues and whites giving it a three dimensional quality. The overlay design has a desirable brown patina finish with green accents. This jardiniere is finished with a copper insert with two ring handles. Signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 833”. A similar example may be found in the book Tiffany Desk Sets by William R. Holland page 98, fig. 3-48. SIZE: 3-3/4″ t x 11″ dia. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with one stress line to one panel. Copper insert has had holes drilled in the bottom for drainage. 5-61525 (5,000-5,500)
