NEW ENGLAND PINE FEDERAL 1-DRAWER STAND IN BLUE PAINT. Circa 1790-1810. The rectangular pegged top projecting above the conforming molded frieze fitted with a single thumbmolded drawer, raised on four tapering square legs with beaded edges, all in indigo blue crackled paint over original red wash. SIZE: 28″ h. x 20″ w. x 16-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Structurally very good, varnish overcoat removed from blue surfaces. 9-99378 (1,000-1,500)
