19TH CENTURY CANOE TRADE SIGN. This carved wooden trade sign, made to hang on side of a canoe or sporting shop is in the form of an early canoe and in original old red-brown paint. One side in yellow letters reads “Sold”, the other “Fixed”. SIZE: 36” l x approx. 4” h. CONDITION: Paint much worn on top and alligatored on the side with some very small losses. A neat, old, as found real canoe trade sign. 9-90474 (800-1,200)
