CASED SHIP MODEL OF THE U.S.S. “CONSTITUTION”. 19th Century scratch built model rendered with full rigging and planked deck, hatches, and cannons, mounted on a plinth with plaque “OLD IRONSIDES / U.S.S. CONSTITUTION”, the whole painted black and white, green below the waterline. Now in a custom mahogany case, the base inlaid with fan spandrels. SIZE: MODEL: 20″ h. x 27″ l. x 9″ w.
