WHITNEY PERCUSSION NAVY REVOLVER 2ND MODEL 4TH TYPE. Cal. 36 Perc. SN 20242. Blued finish, 7-3/4” oct bbl with crisp markings, post front sight, brass triggerguard, casehardened loading lever & hammer, visible cylinder scene marked “WHITNEYVILLE”, 2-pc smooth walnut grips with matching numbers inside. CONDITION: Good. 30% blue on bbl & cyl, worn on the edges, mixed with light pitting & surface rust. Patina enhancement on frame, refinished grips. About half of the casehardening colors remain on the lever, 75% on hammer. Bore is dark. Mechanically good. 4-59388 JH91 (2,000-3,000)
