LOT OF 2 STEAM ENGINES. First is an elaborate and highly detailed green engine with brass hardware, housed in an architectural type frame with steam tank, plungers, large flywheel, and centrifuge. All mounted to simulated concrete block wooden base. Similar model pictured on cover of accompanying book “Introducing Model Engineering” by H.R. Hadlow and is referred to as “Tuxford” table engine by H.A. Braithwaite. Lot also includes small vertical single piston Stuart engine with flywheel on side. Marked “S”. SIZE: Larger is 7″ l x 7″ w x 12″ h. CONDITION: Unsure of working condition. Appears complete, with much shelf dust. Wooden base has couple small splits and chips to wood.
