CANNONBALL TRAIN BY IVES. In the Ives 1893 catalog, this huge train consists of engine, tender, Union Line boxcar & Limited Vestibule Express passenger car. The finely detailed 4-4-0 engine, the “189” coal tender, boxcar with sliding doors & the passenger car with ribbed sides make this a most attractive set. One needs a long mantle to display this set as it is four and one half feet long! CONDITION: Uniform wear overall. JL 1-4008 (1,500-2,000)
