VAN DEURZEN WHIMSICAL BOTTLE. Wonderful whimsical bottle by James Van Deurzen starts with a pink disk foot with lavender rim which supports the lavender body of the bottle with vertical ribbing separating vertical rows of olive green dots. Neck of the bottle starts with a yellow flaring collar with purple rim and a tall cylindrical yellow neck with slightly flaring rim lined in purple. Large stopper has a base of lavender glass encased in clear with a single applied red threaded band. Stopper supports a flat glass large green fish with yellow and orange fins, yellow lips, a blue, orange and white eye and red and white applied beads lining its belly. Signed on the underside “Van Deurzen 8776”. SIZE: 23″ t. PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Dr. & Mrs. Ivan Cohen. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-62887 (600-800)
