FINE FEDERAL INLAID MAHOGANY DEMILUNE CARD TABLE. First quarter 19th Century, possibly Newport, Rhode Island. The half-round hinged top with contrasting cross banded edges above the conforming frieze of figured mahogany panels with string inlaid orders and rosewood cross banded with notch carved molded edge raised on square tapering legs each headed by an oval fan inlaid patera, the cuffs above the tapering feet cross banded inlays. SIZE: 29-1/4″ h x 36″ w x 17-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Generally very good with old polished surfaces. 9-25035 (1,200-1,800)
