EARLY AMERICAN TIGER MAPLE DROP LEAF TABLE. Second quarter, 19th century. New England. The rectangular top with conforming hinged leaves all with bread board ends projecting above the conforming frieze raised on six, square, tapering legs. The innermost legs on hinged wings, swiveling for leaf support. SIZE: 29-1/2″h x (closed) 24″ x 49-1/2″; (open) 52-1/2″ x 50″. CONDITION: The older surfaces with water staining, otherwise good.
