NEW YORK FEDERAL MAHOGANY THREE-PART BANQUET TABLE. First quarter 19th century. The center section with rectangular top and conforming hinged leaves projecting above the straight apron with molded edge, raised on six square tapered legs. Each end section of demilune form projecting above the conforming frieze, raised on four square tapered legs, the inner edge of each fitted to conform with the center section. SIZE: 29″ h. x 74-1/2″ l. closed/118″ l. open x 50-1/2″ w. CONDITION: Professionally refinished and restored, with good medium brown color and mellow patina. Now with additional support wings on ends. 9-93280 (1,500-2,000)
