WHITEFRIARS DOUBLE OVERLAY MILLEFIORI PAPERWEIGHT. Patterned millefiori design of two interlacing trefoils; one of green and yellow canes and the other of red and white canes. The central cane cluster has a signature/date cane of the Whitefriars monk and “1982”. Star cut base, double overlay colors of pink over white with six side facets and one top facet. SIZE: 2-3/4″ dia x 2″ t. PROVENANCE: Barry Schultheiss Collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-63430 (300-500)
