UNSIGNED (AMERICAN, 19TH/20TH CENTURY) GIRL WITH APPLE. Oil on board folk art painting shows a girl seated in a ladder-back arm chair holding an apple to her chest. She wears an orange dress with white lace trim and red and mustard colored arms. A tree in a pot with fruit can be seen through the window. There are parts which are brown that are the natural wood used instead of painting to depict the arms, hands, face and parts of the chair. Housed in a mahogany antique frame. SIZE: 14″ x 10″.
