TIFFANY STUDIOS ADAM DESK SET. Consisting of a letter knife, long blotter ends and pen tray, these pieces carry an original time-mellowed gold finish. Similar examples may be found in the book Tiffany Desk Sets by William R. Holland page 148 & 149. Letter knife signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1780”, blotter ends signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1775”, and pen tray signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1778”. SIZE: Range from 9-3/4″ t to 19″ l. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with minor spots of oxidation and blotter ends are sprayed on underside. Letter knife tip is slightly bent. 5-61946 (1,000-1,500)
