NANTUCKET WHALER WEATHERVANE. First quarter 20th century, Massachusetts. Carved pine figure of a sailor depicted blowing a horn signifying the sighting of a whale. Now mounted on museum wall stand. SIZE: 9-1/2″ h. 43″ overall CONDITION: Figure retains original painted surfaces, untouched with age appropriate wear.
