PEONY VASE STAINED GLASS WINDOW. From the contemporary stained studios of Somers Stained Glass comes this spectacular leaded glass window. A central vase of peonies surrounded by ivy leaves all set against a translucent blue background. The peony flowers are done in numerous shades of red variegated glass with plating to add extra dimension. The center part of the panel is framed with a border of stylized leaves and flowers. Leaves are crafted from beautifully mottled green glass and are separated by rondels of stylized flowers with rich blue and orange glass. Signed on a narrow applied at the bottom left “Somers Stained Glass Deer Park, NY”. SIZE: 36-1/4″ w x 44-1/4″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-64769 (8,000-12,000)
