CHRISTINE PICAVET (American, 20th/21st Century) “REASONS TO RUN”. Oil on linen, mounted to masonite western scene shows a cowboy with green shirt, blue pants and white hat atop a white horse in the process of lassoing a white calf on the run. The background depicting a rodeo setting. Signed lower right. Titled and dated “2002” on reverse. Housed in a fine decorated gilt frame with gilt liner. This Paris born artist now living in Colorado is best known for her equine paintings and continues to explore other subject matters. SIZE: 19″ x 24″.
