MINIATURE WALNUT SIX BOARD BLANKET CHEST. 19th century, Mid-Atlantic region. Nice example, possibly an apprentice piece, with rectangular hinged lid applied with molded edges fitted to the conforming dovetailed case raised on turned tapering feet. SIZE: 8″ h x 12″ l x 6-1/2″ d. CONDITION: With dark rich color and good patina. Lid with repairs at hinges. Otherwise very good. 9-24428 (450-550)
