CHIPPENDALE MAHOGANY DROP LEAF DINING TABLE. Second half 18th- century American. The rectangular top with hinged conforming deep leaves projecting above an arched apron raised on cabriole legs with shaped returns terminating in bold ball and claw feet. SIZE: 28-3/4″h. 18-1/3″w. closed 51″w. open 42″d. CONDITION: Retains old finish with dark patina and with cosmetic repairs to top. Otherwise very good. Top needs re polishing. 9-20080 (1,000-2,000)
