ROBERT MELVIN DECKER (American, 1847-1921) HILLSIDE ORCHARD. Oil on board spring scene shows apple trees blossoming on a grass covered hillside with foreground stone wall and gate. A large oak tree frames the scene with distant hill under a blue and white cloud sky. Signed bottom left. Housed in its original gesso decorated gilt frame with glass. SIZE: Sight: 21-1/2″ x 8-1/2″.
