THREE ROUND CARVED MAHOGANY CAKE BOARDS. 19th century. All three intricately and ornately carved. Two are of renaissance or medieval subject matter. the third example carved with letters, stars, and crescent moon within a scrolling foliate border. The backs of each disc mounted with a brass fastening bracket. SIZE: d. 8-3/4″-8-1/4″ CONDITION: Overall very good, the latter example with minor losses around edge. 9-99706 (800-1,200)
