TIFFANY STUDIOS PEACOCK TABLE LAMP. Rare Tiffany Studios table lamp has leaded shade with peacock feather design and bright peacock feather eyes with blue and purple centers as well as turquoise shading to green glass around the centers and ember yellow and green surrounding. All set against an intricate background of mauve heavily textured drapery type glass. The shade rests on its original peacock feather base with urn shaped body and applied bronze peacock feathers with inlaid iridescent Favrile glass peacock eyes. The body of the base has a rich green patina while the peacock feather appliques have a reddish brown patina. The base is finished with a three arm spider and three socket cluster. Shade and base are unsigned. Underplate on base may be a replacement. SIZE: Shade is 18″ dia. Lamp is 26″ t. CONDITION: Shade appears to be slightly out of round, but there are very few if any tight hair lines and no signs of impact. Base is very good to excellent. When the consignor purchased this lamp, it had a dent in the side of the bulbous section of the base and he had it professionally repaired. 5-67588 (80,000-100,000)
