FIVE GUILLOCHE ENAMELED COMPACTS. Beautiful lot of compacts have wonderful guilloche enamel with hand painted floral decoration on four of the compacts and an enameled picture of a courting couple on the fifth. The courting couple compact is marked “Sterling Made in Austria” and is missing powder and puffs. Three of the other compacts are complete with powder and puffs, while the smallest blue compact has neither. SIZE: Ranges from 1-5/8″ to 2-1/2″. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor wear and discoloration to metal. 5-68287-2 (300-500)
