FIVE ITALIAN ENAMELED COMPACTS. Nice lot of Italian enameled and engraved compacts features enameled covered of groups of people in various country settings. The enameling is framed by beautifully engraved flowers and leaves. The engraved design extends to the underside of the compacts. Three of the compacts have a gold wash over the 800 silver. SIZE: Ranges from 3″ to 3-3/4″ w. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: One compact has two cracks in the enameling, all others are very good to excellent. 5-68287-21 (400-600)
