PAINTED BARBER POLE. Mid 19th century, American. The turned pine pole with integral collar and ball cap. The pole with hollowed interior painted in typical red, white and blue. SIZE: 35-1/4″ l. CONDITION: The second surface with fine, dry painted and crusty surfaces, and with appropriate wear. Untouched, good condition. Original mounting hardware now absent.
