AMERICAN CARVED POLYCHROME PAINTED PINE EAGLE PLAQUE. First half 20th century. The stylized displayed eagle clutching the shield of the United States over crossed American flags. SIZE: 20-1/2″ h x 66-1/2″ l. CONDITION: Retains original painted surfaces now with overall wear, most notably to gilded surfaces of eagle. Proper left wing tip with old repair.
