DAUM NANCY CAMEO & MARTELE VASE. Exceptional Daum vase is surrounded by three wheel-carved red poppies with white underlying highlights. The poppies are supported by mottled brown stems and leaves set against a background of mottled orange shading to frosted white. The brown foot of the vase is lightly etched with a stylized floral design. The background is decorated with sections of martele carving. Signed on the underside with engraved “Daum Nancy” with Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 7″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-69982 (8,000-12,000)
