DUFFNER & KIMBERLY OPEN TOP CAMEO & LEADED TABLE LAMP. This rare conical shade has vertical panels of caramel glass with a purple ribbon design that encircles the shade with four cameo cut medallions depicting decorative urns. The glass also uses a chartreuse color in diamond shapes to add even more interest in this irregular bordered shade. Supporting the shade is a four arm electrified candelabra base with bright brass finish. The lamp is pictured in Paul Crist’s book Mosaic Shades Vol. II, pg. 311 in a reprint of an original Duffner & Kimberly photograph. To the best of our knowledge and research, this is the only known example. SIZE: Shade is 18″ dia. Overall 23-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with very few, if any tight hairlines. 5-60581 (8,000-10,000)
