HANDEL DESK LAMP. Handel desk lamp has metal overlay shade with a bottom border of overlaid grape leaves against a striated green glass background. Each grape leaf is painted on the obverse in deep green. Shade is finished with caramel slag bent panels, each framed with a metal overlay lattice design. Shade is housed in a Handel adjustable desk lamp base with Art Nouveau platform and an adjustable curved arm supporting the socket and shade. Shade and base are unsigned. SIZE: Shade is 5-3/4″ dia. Lamp is 14″ t. CONDITION: Very good with some discoloration to finish on base. Felt covering on underside of base is missing. 5-68089 (1,000-1,500)
