HANDEL PHEASANT FLOOR LAMP. Handel floor lamp has reverse painted shade with brightly colored exotic pheasant in flight against a mottled orange and black background. Shade is further decorated with brightly colored flowers in blue and white with bright chartreuse leaves. The exterior of the shade has a chipped ice finish. Shade is housed in a Handel adjustable floor lamp base with Art Nouveau three foot platform and simple stem with adjustable height arm supporting a stylized flower socket cover and shade holder. Base is finished in dark brown with green highlights. Base is stamped on the underside “Handel”. Shade is numbered “7008A”. SIZE: Shade is 9-3/4″ dia. Lamp is 59-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor wear and corrosion to finish on foot of base. 5-67540 (5,500-6,500)
